Documents required for entry into the country:

Passport: with remaining validity of at least 3 months from the date of arrival.

At the time of booking, a clear and legible scan of each participant’s passport will be requested.

Entry visa: the visa application can be completed online at https://evisa.gov.az/en/. It is valid for 30 days and costs around 25 US dollars.

N.B. During the application you will be asked to upload a colour scan of your passport in jpeg format, maximum size 1 MB (Local residence address: enter the address of the first hotel visited: Hotel Sapphire Inn, Hasan Abdullayev Str., 5 – Baku).
