Documents required for entry into the country:

Passport: Valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.

At the time of booking, a clear and legible scan of each participant's passport will be requested.

o facilitate the entry of foreigners into the People's Republic of China, since 20 November 2025 the online "Foreigner Entry Card" has been in force throughout the PRC: before arriving in China, foreign nationals can complete the Entry Card online via the official website of the National Immigration Administration (https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPC/entry-registration-home), the "Immigration Bureau 12367" app, and the "WeChat" and "Alipay" mini programs.

Foreign nationals who are unable to complete the form online before arrival may do so by scanning a dedicated QR code at the border crossing, including on mobile devices provided on site, or by completing the paper form.
