Documents required for entry into the country:

Passport: valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.

At the time of booking, a clear, legible scan of each participant's passport will be requested.

Entry visa: required from 1 April 2025; it is compulsory to hold an entry visa - obtained online, on payment of N$ 1 600.00 ( approximately EUR 83.00 at the current exchange rate), when using the following points of entry:

3. Oshikango Border Post
4. Trans Kalahari Border Post
5. Oranjemund Border Post
6. Noordover Border Post
7. Katima Mulilo Border Post
8. Impalila Island Border Post
9. Ngoma Border Post
10. Mahembo Border Post.

On arrival, tourists must present their entry visa and also complete the Arrival Form; we recommend bringing a printed copy of the form before departure, especially in the initial period.

All clients travelling, especially in the initial period, are advised to obtain their visa before arriving in Namibia and to bring a little patience, as there may be delays at immigration.

The issuing of a visa on arrival in the country does not replace the normal visa procedures at the diplomatic or consular mission in the country of origin. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
