To book a Guiness Journey, please contact your trusted travel agency.

THE GUINESS JOURNEY is a complex product made up of many services, and the travel agent remains a valuable professional point of contact, able to explain every detail and clear up any doubts about the itinerary, means of transport, hotels, guided tours and assistance.

Bookings can be made at any travel agency, even one that does not yet have a contractual relationship with our tour operator.

Should you have any difficulty, you can contact us for details of the agency nearest to you, in your town or neighbourhood.

At the time of booking, a contract is normally drawn up between the travel agency and the traveller, providing for the payment of a deposit and of the balance no later than 20 days before departure.

The travel agency forwards the balance to our company, which then sends out the travel document (Departure Notice).

The travel document is sent only once the balance has been received. Late or non-payment will result in the cancellation of the booking and a claim for damages.
