Description
Vietnam: a journey through culture, nature and history. This tour offers an authentic immersion in the heart of Indochina, combining vibrant cities, breathtaking landscapes and a thousand-year history. From the very first encounter with Hanoi you are enveloped by the energy of the capital: centuries-old temples, lively markets and a fascinating blend of old and new. The cooking-class experience brings you into direct contact with the local culinary tradition, turning the journey into a gastronomic adventure too. The cruise on Halong Bay, with its imposing rock formations rising from emerald waters, is a moment of pure magic, made even more evocative by the night spent aboard a traditional junk. Hoi An, with its colourful lanterns and old wooden houses, has a fairy-tale atmosphere, while Ho Chi Minh City surprises with its contrast between colonial past and contemporary dynamism. The day on the Mekong Delta offers an authentic glimpse of rural life in Vietnam, among tropical fruit plantations, floating markets and villages immersed in nature. Finally, the visit to the Cu Chi tunnels is an essential step towards understanding the country's recent history, an intense and engaging experience. A well-balanced itinerary that alternates moments of relaxation and discovery, without neglecting the chance to experience the journey through local flavours and traditions too. Perfect for those seeking a complete experience of culture, nature and a touch of adventure.
Halong Bay, a natural wonder. There are places that remain etched in the memory like dreamscapes, and Halong Bay is certainly one of them. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this corner of the world is a mosaic of limestone islets, hidden caves and emerald waters, where time seems suspended. A cruise aboard a traditional wooden junk lets you experience the bay in the most authentic way, rocked by the waves and immersed in a picture-postcard panorama. On board you enjoy a warm, refined welcome, with a lunch of the freshest seafood served as the scenery slowly drifts by. But the real magic begins at sunset, when the sun sinks and the bay is tinged with shades of gold and pink. Silence envelops everything, broken only by the lapping of the water against the hull. For those seeking a little adventure, there are activities such as visiting the karst caves, where stalactites and stalagmites create almost surreal scenery, or exploring the rock formations by kayak. After a night spent in your cabin, lulled by the gentle rocking of the boat, waking up is just as spectacular: the bay wrapped in morning mist looks like an oriental painting, mysterious and captivating. With a last glance at this timeless panorama, you set off again certain of having lived one of the most moving moments of the whole journey.
